社会变迁下的跨区域灾疫研究——以1894年香港鼠疫为例

Cross regional disaster epidemic under Social Change——In the case of plague in Hongkong in 1894

1894年的香港鼠疫,在鼠疫流行史中占有重要的地位,这次鼠疫发生在殖民地的香港,首先在文化冲突上的表现就非常明显。其次,这次鼠疫疫源地和传入路线的研究能很好的体现出各个不同地理位置,文化区域的时空联系和相互影响。最后,这次鼠疫在疫后的影响方面的表现也十分突出,其中包括鼠疫杆菌的发现,地区防疫和检疫制度的建立、完善,华人疾病认知和对公共卫生问题的关注等。在具体地研究过程中,通过相关文献资料的整理和搜集提取,采用跨区域的观察视角来对这次鼠疫做一个分析和研究,从而达到对疫病做一种双重环境变迁的解析,以及形成对疫病传播动因的一种新的解释角度。
