小剂量肝素持续泵注在血液透析患者中的护理研究

Nursing research of continuous pump infusion of low-dose heparin in patients with hemodialysis

目的探讨小剂量肝素持续泵注在血液透析护理中作用。方法选取110例血液透析患者为研究对象,对照组55例予常规护理,观察组55例加用小剂量的肝素持续泵注,观察治疗后相关指标变化情况。结果对照组低血压、失衡综合征、脱水、致热源反应、溶血、严重局部血肿发生率均高于观察组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组非常满意及总满意度均低于观察组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在ATPP、PT、Hb、显效上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量肝素持续泵注能提高血液透析患者护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the role of continuous pump infusion of low-dose hep- arin in patients with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 110 hemodialysis patients were divided into two groups, the control group with 55 patients was treated with conventional care, and the observa- tion group with 55 cases was given continuous infusion of small dose of heparin, changes of relevant index after treatment were observed. Results The incidences of hypotension, disequilibrium syn- drome, dehydration, heat-induced reaction, hemolysis, severe local hematoma in the control group were higher than that in the observation group , the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. The highly satisfaction degree and the total satisfaction in the control group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. But there was no significant difference in ATPP, PT, Hb and efficacy in two groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Con- tinuous infusion of low-dose heparin can improve patient nursing satisfaction, and reduce the inci- dence of complications.
