连续性护理对糖尿病出院患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of continuity nursing on the treatment compliance and quality of life for patients with diabetes after discharging from hospital

目的探讨连续性护理干预模式对糖尿病出院患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法将103例糖尿病出院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组给予连续性护理干预,评价2组患者出院后6个月的血糖水平、治疗依从性及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组患者出院后6个月空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后6个月,观察组患者饮食控制、合理运动、遵医用药及血糖监测等依从性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者各生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性护理干预可较好地控制糖尿病出院患者的血糖水平,改善患者的治疗依从性,提高患者的生活质量,具有较好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of continuity nursing on the treatment compli- ance and quality of life for patients with diabetes after discharging from hospital. Methods One hundred and three patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received common nursing intervention and the observation group was giv- en continuity nursing intervention after leaving from hospital. The level of blood glucose, the treat- ment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After six months＇ intervention, the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The treatment compliance of diet control, exercise therapy, medication and self-monitoring of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）. The improvement of quality life of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The continuity nursing intervention could improve the blood glucose, the treatment compliance and quality of life for patients with diabetes af- ter leaving from hospital, so it is valuable for the treatment of patients.
