摘要
针对包钢Φ159 mm机组Φ167规格穿孔顶头的氧化热处理效果进行研究.主要从热处理设备、氧化热处理温度及氧化时间三个方面进行分析,试验得出,在新井式炉中采用980℃的氧化热处理温度以及4 h的氧化时间能明显改善顶头的氧化膜厚度及质量,从而提高穿孔顶头在轧机上的使用寿命,降低成本,提高产品竞争力.
Focusing on the effects of oxidation heat treatment of the Φ167 specification piercing plug of Φ159mm crew in Baotou Iron and Steel(Group) Co. , the heat treatment equipment, oxidation heat treatment temperature and oxidation time were studied experimen- tally. The thickness and quality of the oxide film of the piercing plug can be improved significantly when the oxidation heat treatment temperature is 980℃ and the oxidation time is 4 hours by using the new pit type furnace. The service life of the piercing plug can be improved on the rolling mill, and the costs can be reduced , with the competitiveness of the products enhanced in this way.
