平板感应加热磁-热耦合场的数值模拟研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对一种双线圈平板感应加热装置,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其感应加热过程中的磁—热耦合场分布进行数值模拟,通过对交变磁场产生涡流的分析,得到不同频率下平板各点温度随时间变化的分布图,以及整个加热过程中的温升特点.结果表明,这种双线圈平板感应加热装置对平板感应加热的温升速度有很大的提高,从而对平板的快速感应加热工艺的运用与改进具有一定的指导意义. Aimed at a kind of double coil plate induction heating devices, the magnetic-thermal coupling field distribution in the induction heating process was simulated using ANSYS finite element analysis software. Based on the analysis of the eddy current produced by alternating magnetic field,the partten of temperature change over time at each point of the plate under different frequency distribution was obtained, together with the temperature characteristics in the heating process. Results show that the temperature rising rate of induc- tion heating was greatly improved by the double coil plate induction heating device on a flat plate, the use of which may provide certain guidance for the rapid induction heating process of the tablet and its improvement.
