摘要
目前,企业人力资源管理系统通常使用关系型数据库作为存储工具,但随着企业规模的发展,传统关系型数据库表现出扩展困难、计算性能不足等缺陷.本文结合企业人力资源管理的现实需求,提出了基于No SQL的企业人力资源管理系统,并为之进行了系统架构设计、系统功能模块分析以及基于No SQL的数据库设计,最后总结出No SQL在企业人力资源管理系统应用中的优缺点.
Most of the enterprise human resources management systems use a relational database as the storage tool. With the development of the enterprise, however, the traditional relational database have shown shortcomings of having difficulty to extend and low computing performance . A new system using NoSQL was proposed to solve the problems,which combinined with the real requirements of enterprise human resource management. Then the system architecture design, the analysis of system function module and the design of the database based on NoSQL were carried out. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages were summarized for the enterprise human resources management system based on NoSQL.
