摘要
目的了解从事放射诊断工作对工作人员立体视功能的影响。方法对38名医务工作者立体视锐度进行对比检查,其中22例为从事放射诊断工作者,作为放射组;16例为一般临床工作者,作为对照组。两组受检者工龄均为8年以上。两组立体视锐度比较采用秩和检验。结果放射组收录的部分放射工作人员的立体视锐度降低。放射组中,立体视锐度40″者15/22人;100″者3/22人;140″者0/22人;200″者1/22人;600″者1/22人;800″者2/22人。对照组中,40″者14/16人;100″者1/16人;140″者1/16人;200″者0/16人;600″者0/16人;800″者0/16人。经过秩和检验,放射组和对照组立体视锐度的分布差异无统计学意义(W=-1.45,P>0.05)。结论从事放射工作的医务工作者立体视锐度较一般临床科室工作者降低,值得扩大样本进一步研究。
Objective To understand the impact of stereoscopic vision function on staff who works on radiological diagnosis. Methods Comparing stereoscopic acuity with 38 medical workers, As radiation group there were 22 radiological diagnosis workers and 16 general clinical workers include the control group. Both of their length of service is over 8 years. Wilcoxon test was used for statistical analysis. Results A part of workers in the radiation group occurred to stereoscopic vision acuity lower. During radiation group,40" is 15/22 people ; 100" is 3/22people ; 140" is 0/22 people ; 200" is 1/22people ; 600" is 1/22 people ; 800" is 2/22 people. During matched group,40" is14/16 people;100" is 1/16people;140" is 1/16 people;200" is 0/16 people ;600" is 0/16 people ; 800" is 0/16 people. Result shows that the distribution of stereoscopic acuity for radiation group and matched group is no statistics significant by wileoxon test. (Statistics W = -1.45 ,P〉0.05 ). Conclusion Comparing with general clinical workers, the phenomenon that medical workers who working on radioation have lower stereoscopic acuity deserves doing a further study to expand the sample.
