波长577nm的黄色激光在眼底病治疗中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 1965年激光首先应用于医学领域的眼科至今30余年中,眼科激光仍在不断发展。波长577 nm的黄色激光器采用微脉冲模式,是眼底激光光凝的理想激光。微脉冲是用短促高频的阈值下能量治疗视网膜病变,其有效作用时间更短,激光损伤更局限,在治疗眼底疾病时安全性更高,适应证更广。该激光器使用的2 W高功率能量,则让激光治疗中的能量更充足稳定。笔者依据激光治疗眼底疾病的原理,分析不同波长激光对眼底不同色素的作用关系,从而归纳临床治疗眼底病的各种常用激光器的优势与不足,进一步阐述了波长577 nm的黄色激光在眼底病治疗中的优势。 It was the first time laser enered the realms of medicine when it was used in ophthalmology. It has been continuously developed for over thirty years. Yellow laser with 577 nm wavelengths which adopts micro pulse mode is ideal in treating fundus diseases. The underthreshold energy caused by micropulse which has high frequency and short duration is efficient and safe in treating fundus diseases. High power of two watt can produce abundant and stabilized energy which is critical for fundus disease treatment. In this article, we review the theory behind laser and its clinical application in fundus diseases,we analyze the function relationship between wavelengths and fundus pigment and summarise the advantages and disadvantages of different wavelength lasers. We come to a conclusion that yellow laser with 577 nm wavelengths is ideal in treating fundus diseases.
