摘要
本文建立了塔式太阳能热发电高温吸热器传热性能数值计算模型,采用有限元分析方法进行模拟计算,编制了预测塔式太阳能热发电吸热器热工模拟程序。本文在综合考虑多场耦合特性的情况下,研究了吸热器单模块周向非均匀热流边界条件下吸热介质对流换热系数、吸热管外壁温度、光热转化效率的数值及分布。数值模拟为工程设计提供可靠的科学依据,为塔式太阳能热发电整体控制策略的制定提供参考。
This paper presents a numerical model about the molten salt high-temperature heat exchanger used in solar thermal power plant by finite element method. A heat exchanger thermal simulation program was developed to evaluate the heat transfer performance. Considering the case of multi-field coupling characteristics, the convective heat transfer coefficient, heat transfer tube wall temperature, solar thermal conversion efficiency and their distribution are analyzed under the boundary condition of non-uniform heat flux in circumferential direction. The exact numerical simulation will help the analysis of the complex thermal process in the salt heat transfer, provide a reliable scientific basis for the engineering design, and provide a reference to establish solar thermal power tower overall control strategy.
