摘要
以聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL963)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)和聚己二酸乙二酯(721)为主要原料,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,四乙烯五胺为交联剂,采用本体预聚法合成了双组分PU(聚氨酯)胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当w(BDO)=8.5%、w(四乙烯五胺)=1.5%(均相对于PU胶粘剂质量而言)时,PU胶膜的耐温性较好、耐黄变性优异,并且其力学性能(邵D硬度为52、拉伸强度为11.20 MPa和断裂伸长率为188%)、粘接性能(拉伸剪切强度为2.39 MPa)、耐水性(24 h吸水率为1.53%)俱佳。
With polycarbonate diol ( PCDL963 ), dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate (HMDI) and poly ( ethylene glycol adipate)(721 ) as main raw materials, 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as chain extender, tetraethylenepentamine as crosslinker, the two-component PU (polyurethane) adhesive was synthesized by noumenon prepolymerization. The research results showed that the PU film had the better temperature resistance and excellent yellow degeneration resistance, and its mechanical properties (Shao D hardness at 52, tensile strength at 11.20 MPa, and elongation at break at 188% ), bonding property (tensile shear strength at 2.39 MPa), and water resistance (water absorption for 24 h at 1.53% ) were all good when mass fractions of respectively in PU adhesive.
