摘要
介绍了聚硫代醚的合成方法(如缩聚法、加聚法等),特别综述了加聚法的制备原理和应用实例。研究表明:缩聚法合成的聚硫代醚较早实现了工业化且原料价廉,但存在副产物多、产率低及产物后处理复杂等缺点;加聚法合成的聚硫代醚工艺简单、合成条件温和且产率高,原料稍贵但仍可接受,故加聚法合成的聚硫代醚之综合性能优于缩聚法合成的聚硫代醚。最后对聚硫代醚的发展方向进行了展望。
The synthesizing methods (such as polycondensation, polyaddition) of polythioether were introduced, the preparation principle and application example of polyaddition were especially summarized. The research showed that the polythioether synthesized by polyeondensation had some advantages (such as earlier realized industrialization, and cheap raw materials) and some disadvantages (such as more by-products, low yield, and complex post-processing of product). The polythioether synthesized by polyaddition had some advantages (such as simple synthesizing process, mild synthesizing conditions, and higher yield) and some disadvantages (such as more expensive but still acceptable raw material price) , so the combination property of polythioether synthesized by polyaddition was better than that by polycondensation. Finally, the development direction of polythioether was expected.
