摘要 介绍了轶纶聚酰亚胺短纤维和安芙丽阻燃黏胶纤维的功能和特性,两者都是较理想的既阻燃又保温的新型材料。分别采用轶纶聚酰亚胺短纤维和安芙丽阻燃黏胶纤维与棉及其他纤维混纺,织造不同结构针织面料,阐述两种纤维与棉混纺的技术要点,并对比各面料吸湿发热和保暖的效果差异。结果表明,安芙丽、轶纶、棉(40∶30∶30)棉毛面料,热学性能优良,其阻燃、吸湿发热、保温性达到理想状态,该研究为开发具有防火安全性能的针织内衣面料提供参考。 Based on the function and characteristics of Yilun polyimide fiber and Anti-frayon fiber, the paper points out that both fibers are flame-retardant and thermal insulated materials. It develops several kinds of knitted fabrics with different structure by using Yilun polyimide fiber, Anti-frayon fiber, cotton and other fibers blended yams, and analyzes the technical points of yarn spinning technology. The results show that the interlock knitted fabric by using Anti-frayon fiber, Yilun polyimide fiber and cotton blended yarn (blended ratio is 40:30:30) posseses excellent thermal functions, such as flame retardant properties, moisture absorption and heat-generating and heat retention properties, which can provide a certain reference for the developing of underwear knitted fabric with fireproofing safety performance.
