摘要
以镀银纤维、涤纶不锈钢包芯纱和不锈钢导电纤维为原料,在LXC-252SCV型电脑横机上编织单面集圈、纬平针、半畦编织物和双罗纹针织物,测试纱线种类、密度、组织结构对针织物力学性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明,镀银纱线织物的拉伸强力和顶破强力最大,导电性能最好;镀银纱线织物中,双罗纹组织拉伸强力和顶破强力最大,单面集圈组织导电性能最好。
This paper designs several knitted fabrics including single tuck fabric, weft plain fabric, half cardigan and interlock fabric on the LXC-252SCV fiat knitting machine by using silver plating fiber, polyester corespun yarn with stainless steel and stainless steel conductive fiber. It also tests the effect of yarn type, density and fabric pattern on the mechanical property and conductivity property. The results show that the tensile strength and bursting strength of silver plated yarn fabric are the best, as well as the conductivity property; the tensile strength and bursting strength of interlock fabric are the best, and the single tuck fabric has the greatest conductivity property.
