摘要
为研究病害生猪及其产品无害化处理方法,采用掩埋、无害化处理池和处理机处理病害生猪及其产品,检测处理前后部分病毒、细菌和抗生素的变化。结果表明:掩埋、无害化处理池处理1个月后,能检测到猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒和猪瘟病毒核酸阳性,大肠杆菌MPN数分别为处理前的6.3%~18.7%、1.6%~5.7%,蛔虫卵死亡率分别为83%~85%、84%~89%,磺胺二甲基嘧啶含量分别下降79%~83.8%、80%~99%,盐酸土霉素含量下降99%;处理机处理24 h后,4种生猪常见病毒检测全部为核酸阴性,大肠杆菌几乎全部被灭杀,蛔虫卵死亡率为96%~99%,磺胺二甲基嘧啶含量下降80%~82%,盐酸土霉素含量下降5%~10%;说明掩埋和无害化处理池处理方式仍然存在生物安全隐患,处理机处理方式生物安全等级更高,更安全。
Three harmless treatments were used in this study to compare their effects on the changes of virus, bacteria and antibiotics in death pigs. The results showed that, after the treatment with burial and harmless treatment ponds for 1 month, there were still PPRSV and CSFV RNA detectable;MPN of E.coli declined to 6.3%~18.7% and 1.6%~5.7%, respectively;the morality of ascarid eggs was 83%~85%、84%~89%, respectively;the concentration of SM2 declined 79%~83.8% and 80%~99%, respectively, while the concentration of oxytetracycline declined 99% in both two treatments. After the treatment with the harmless treatment machine for 24 h, there was no virus RNA and E.coli detectable;the morality of ascarid eggs was 96%~99%;the concentration of SM2 and Oxytetracycline declined 80%~82% and 5%~10%, respectively. All the results indicated that there were hidden bio-security dangers in both methods of burial and harmless treatment ponds, while the harmless treatment machine method belonged to a higher bio-security level.
