摘要
选取山东省德州市11县(市)1971—2010年近40年气象资料,分析6类气象灾害的时空分布特征,并用皮尔逊Ш型概率分布模型计算6类气象灾害设防指标,分析特定要素的重现期兼具强度和频率的指示意义,根据各灾害气候特征和设防指标来探讨气象灾害防御对策。
This article selected the meteorological data of 11 counties（cities） of Dezhou from the last 40 years.Then, we analyzed spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of six types of meteorological disasters, and calculated resistance indexes of six types of meteorological disasters with probability distribution model by Pearson III, analyzed the indicative significance of both the intensity and frequency of the special factors＇ return period.Finally, we investigated the defensive countermeasures against meteorological disasters according to the climate characteristics and resistance indexes of every type of disasters.
