摘要
以S-P法为代表的生物脱硫工艺本质上属于氧化还原法脱硫类型。与工业上常用的Stretford法和Lo-Cat法工艺相比,生物脱硫装置基本上不存在溶液发泡及设备堵塞问题。由于受到再生速率的限制,S-P法生物脱硫工业装置的设计硫容一般均低于0.2 kg/m3。但即使在较低的硫容下运行,再生时副产硫酸盐的质量浓度仍可能高达5。因此,生物脱硫工艺较适合应用于对H2S和CO2净化度要求不很高的常压生物能源气体,这是当前气体净化工艺的一个重要发展动向。
Biological desulfurization process represented by S-P method belongs essentially to the oxidation-reduction method type. Compared with Stretford method and Lo-Cat method commonly used in industry, basically there is no such problem as solution foaming and blockage in biological desulfurization unit. Due to the limitation of regeneration rate, design capacity of S-P method biological desulfurization process unit is generally less than 0.2kg/m3. However, even in low sulfur capacity condition, mass concentration of byproduct sulfate produced from regeneration may be still as high as 5%. Therefore, the biological desulfurization technology is suitable for desulfurization of such atmospheric bioenergy gases as H2 S and CO2, high purification degree is unnecessary for such gases, which is an important development trend of current gas purification technologies.
