摘要
考察了微孔结构ZSM-5分子筛负载锰氧化物对丙酮的催化性能。使用硅铝质量比为300的ZSM-5分子筛作为载体,活化后采用溶液浸渍法制备锰氧化物催化剂,与文献中报道锰负载在氧化锆载体上的催化效果进行比较,考察了在ZSM-5分子筛载体上活性组分锰的含量、煅烧温度和焙烧时间等对催化活性的影响。结果表明,在一定条件下制备的ZSM-5负载锰催化剂对丙酮具有较高的去除率。催化剂中锰以无定形的Mn2O3为活性中心,其在ZSM-5分子筛上表现出比在氧化锆载体上更高的催化活性。
The catalytic performance for acetone with loaded manganese oxide on microporous structure of ZSM-5 molecular sieve was examined. It used the ZSM-5 zeolite with silica to alumina mass ratio of 300 as a carder, dipping solution to preparation of manganese oxide catalysts after activation. The catalytic effect with the manganese supported on the zirconia was compared. It investigated the impact of the active ingredient on the zeolite carrier, calcination temperature and calcination time. The best preparation conditions of catalysts and a higher removal rate was gotten. The catalyst is in amorphous Mn203 active center, which exhibits the ratio of zirconia support higher catalytic activity in the zeolite.
