多倍体青杨无性系苗期测定试验

摘要 从北京林业大学引进近几年培育出来的青杨多倍体无性系29个,以当地天祝青杨为对照,开展了苗期测定试验研究。研究结果表明,参试29个多倍体青杨无性系间在苗高、地径上均存在显著差异,苗高、地径的遗传变异系数分别为26.23%、25.71%,广义遗传力分别为0.24、0.56。通过苗期表现性状的综合评定,筛选出9个生长速度快的无性系,其苗高、地径的群体遗传增益分别为14.8%、6.7%。各无性系间的苗高、地径均受强遗传控制。 The research imported 29 polyploid clones of Populus cathayana cultivated in recent years from Beijing Forestry University and determined seedling test,took local Populus cathayana of Tianzhu as control.The results showed that there were significant differences in different Polyploid clones of Populus cathayana,the genetic variation coefficient of the seedling height(H) and the ground diameter(D) were 26.23% and 25.71% respectively,broad-sense heritability were 0.24 and 0.56 respectively.Nine superior clones with character of high growth rate were selected by comprehensive selection of seedling stage,and the population genetic gains of the seedling height(H) and the ground diameter(D) were estimated to be 14.8% and 6.7% respectively.The seedling height(H) and the ground diameter(D) of different clones were subject to strong genetic.
