摘要
采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备出综合性能优良稳定的纳米SiO2/有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。采用TEM和FT-IR进行表征,分析了有机硅、纳米SiO2对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A-174)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的质量分数分别为丙烯酸树脂的1.5%和2%时,改性的丙烯酸酯乳液具有良好的稳定性,其固化涂膜的耐溶剂性、耐水性和附着力有很大的改。
To prepare nano-SiO2/organosilicon modified stable acrylate emulsion by semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization which had excellent comprehensive performance. To analyze the impact ofnano-SiO2 and organic silicon on the properties of coating film FT-IR and TEM were used for characterization of the coating film. The results showed that when the mass proportion of A-174 and TEOS to acrylic resin respectively is 1.5 % and 2 %, modified acrylate emulsion had good stability, at the same time the solvent resistance, water resistance and adhesion of the coating film have greatly improved.
