摘要
研究了双阳离子型酸性离子液体[TMEDAPS][HSO4]和正丁醇组成温控两相催化体系,催化果糖脱水制备5-羟甲基糠醛。该催化体系具有良好的催化性能,在反应温度为110℃,反应时间为120 min,离子液体用量为5 m L时,5-HMF的收率达到91.3%。离子液体[TMEDAPS][HSO4]经过真空干燥除水后,重复使用五次,其催化性能没有明显的变化,可以保持稳定的5-HMF的收率。
In the paper, dehydration of fructose to 5-hydroymethylfurfural catalyzed by dicationic acidic ionic liquid [TMEDAPS][HSO4]/n-butanolcomponent thermoregulated biphasic system has been described. The results indicated that the catalytic system presented the highest catalytic activity in the case of 110℃ and 120 min and 5-HMF yield of 91.3 % can be obtained when ionic liquid dosage is 5 mL. The ionic liquid [TMEDAPS][HSO4] can be recycled for five times without obviously decreasing the catalytic activity after vacuum drying dehydration and the stability of the yield of 5-HMF can be maintained.
