ZnO纳米棒的合成与蓝紫光发射

摘要 溶剂热法快速合成Zn O纳米棒。通过SEM、EDS、XRD、TEM等对其结构进行了表征。首次观察到富锌Zn O纳米棒的蓝紫光多光子强发射特性。采用波长为750 nm的飞秒激光器基于非线性光学过程泵浦对Zn O纳米棒进行了上转换光致发光谱测试,观察到了375 nm处二次谐波产生(SHG)现象和450 nm双光子荧光。基于Zn O能级分布初步解析了蓝紫光发射与SHG转换的机制,认为间隙Zn原子形成的能级起了关键作用。 Rapid preparation and charachaterization of novel ZnO nanorods via solvothermal method. They are characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD, TEM. For the first time strong blue multiphoton emissions of the Zn-rieh ZnO nanorods were observed at the same time. Excited by a femtosecond laser with the wavelength of 750 nm based on the nonlinear optics process pump, the photoluminescence spectra with two bands centering at 375 nm (second harmonic phenomenon, SHG) and nearby 450 nm were observed and attributed to a two-photon character. The blue emission resulted in the energy level of zero-valent zinc atom formed at the reaction and existed in form of intestinal Zinc.
