废弃钻井泥浆固化处理技术的研究和进展

The Study and Development of Solidification Treatment Technology on Waste Drilling Mud

钻井勘探的过程中会产生大量的废弃钻井泥浆,成分十分复杂。如果不进行无害化处理,就会造成周边环境的污染。文章针对钻井泥浆的特点,对适合泥浆的固化处理剂进行了分析研究,阐述国内外普遍使用的固化处理技术,并对当前固化处理技术存在的问题进行了分析。

Large amounts of waste drilling mud produced while Oil and Gas Exploration Drilling and Component of waste mud were very complicated. If waste drilling mud was not treated harmlessly, it would cause the pollution of surrounding environment. In the paper carried out a large number of researches on mud curing agent on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of waste drilling mud. The paper also elaborated solidification treatment technology which was used widely both at home and abroad, and analyzed the problems existing in the current solidification treatment technology.
