文章介绍了电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)的工作原理、仪器结构、分析特点,归纳了ICP-MS分析技术在不同领域的应用进展,探讨了ICP-MS联用技术的特点和发展趋势,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
The working principle, structure and characteristics of analysis for inductively coupled plasma spectrometry （ICP-MS） were introduced in this paper, and the recent progress of ICP-MS in different fields was summarized. The specialty and development tendency of hyphenated techniques for ICP-MS were discussed, and its development prospect was forecasted.
