摘要
STT(surface tension transfer)焊接技术是一种新型焊接方法,介绍了STT焊接技术的焊接工艺要点,并比较了各种焊接工艺的焊接效率及焊接成本。结果表明,STT焊接技术具有焊接成本低、效率高、烟尘和噪音小、焊接缺陷易控等优点,非常适合管道根焊焊接。
STT （surface tension transfer） welding is a new welding technique, this paper mainly introduces main points of STT welding process, and compares the efficiency and cost of various welding process. Results show that, STT welding is suitable for pipeline root welding with its low cost, high efficiency, and low noise and easy to control, etc.
