加氢精制(三)装置运行分析及优化对策

摘要 中国石化广州分公司加氢精制(三)装置原设计以直馏柴油为原料生产国Ⅳ柴油,因柴油质量升级及分公司生产平衡需要,需生产国Ⅴ柴油组分。文章对该装置近几年来的生产操作条件、原料情况及产品质量情况进行分析,提出集中时间段生产各牌号柴油组分,避免装置负荷频繁大幅调整,提高反应氢油比及循环氢纯度,降低循环氢中硫化氢浓度及原料95%馏出温度等优化措施。 Hydrofining unit 3 in Sinopec Guangzhou Company is originally designed for production of diesel conforming to national standard GB Ⅳ by straight-run diesel. The diesel components conforming to national standard GB Ⅴ are now needed for upgrading diesel quality and for keeping production balance in the company. The operation condition, and the situations of feedstock and product quality in recent years are analyzed so as to propose the following optimization solutions: producing components for different grade of diesel at a fixed period, avoiding frequent big adjustment of the unit load, improve hydrogen oil ratio for reaction and circulating hydrogen purity, lowering hydrogen sulfide concentrations in circulating hydrogen and 95 % distillation temperature of feedstock.
