在炼油化工生产现场,调节阀直接控制工艺介质,尤其是高温、高压、低温、强腐蚀、易燃、易爆、易透射、剧毒及高粘度、易结晶等介质情况下,若选择或使用不当,往往会给生产过程自动化带来困难,导致调节质量下降,严重时甚至造成装置停工人员伤亡等安全事故。因此,对调节阀的正确选型、使用和维护等各个环节都十分重要。

Therefore, it is very important to the correct selection of control valve, the use and maintenance of the various links.
