材料科学与工程专业岗位情况分析

本科职业教育是高等教育改革的一个重要方面,是以培养应用型本科人才为目标的新型高等教育模式。材料科学与工程专业与高新技术产业关系紧密,培养高素质的应用型人才是加快实现现有产业转型升级的必然要求。文章通过统计互联网招聘公司公布的职位数据得到材料科学与工程专业人才社会需求信息,包括不同岗位的岗位名称、岗位职责、岗位要求、岗位需求数等。根据岗位所依赖知识的相关性将岗位归类为岗位群,进而将材料科学与工程专业的岗位群和知识群对应起来,以期对该专业本科职业教育课程体系的构建有所帮助。

College vocational education is an important part of reform of higher education. It is a new way to train applied undergraduate talents. The major of materials science and engineering is closely connected to the high-tech industries and it is very necessary to train high quality talents in this major to realize the transition and upgrade of other industries. We made statistics on job opportunities for this major graduates using data published by internet recruitment firm named Zhilian. The post information related with post responsibilities, post requirements and labor demand was obtained. The posts were categorized into four groups according to the relevance of the knowledge. Corresponding to the post groups, four knowledge groups were proposed. The paper is aimed to help understand the construction of curriculum system for college vocational education in the major of materials science and engineering.
