摘要
选取歧化法生产对二甲苯工艺中甲苯歧化工段,对其工艺流程进行了Auto Cad设计和描述,并应用Aspen Plus软件对该工段精馏塔的一些重要参数进行了模拟优化和结果分析。经模拟分析,进料位置为21,采出率为0.62,塔板数为44,回流比为5.53时,精馏塔达到最佳运行状态。本工段的工艺开发和工艺优化将为对二甲苯合理化生产提供重要参考依据。
The process of toluene disproportionation section of p-xylene production by disproportionation method is designed and described via Auto Cad software. Based on the material balance and the process flowesheet diagram, some important parameters of rectification tower in this section is simulated and optimized via Aspen Plus software. As simulated by Aspen Plus, the feed stage is fixed at 21, the recovery ratio is fixed at 0.62, the column tray number is fixed at 44 and the reflux ratio is fixed at 5.53. Under these conditions, rectification tower can reach the best running state. The development and optimization of this section can provide the important reference for the rationalization of production ofp-xylene.
