摘要
高效生物脱氮除磷处理工艺在广东地区的推广应用前景广阔。文章在佛山市某城镇污水厂进行UCT工艺的工程试验,探索UCT工艺在广东地区城镇污水处理中的应用。为期一年的试验结果表明,稳定运行时COD、NH3-N、TP和SS的平均去除率分别达到74%~89%、78%~99%、31%~49%和89%~92%,出水中的COD、NH3-N、TP和SS平均浓度分别为13~24 mg/L、0.2~2.3 mg/L、0.8~1.0mg/L和10~13 mg/L,出水水质满足广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)一级排放标准和国家标准《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B排放标准。
Highly efficient biological process for denitrification and phosphorus removal has a bright application future in Guangdong province. Herein, an engineering test was carried out at a municipal sewage treatment plant in Foshan, which was set as a practical engineering case of the UCT process. During the one-year test, the effluent concentration of COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and suspended solid were reduced to 13-24mg/L, 0.2-2.3 mg/L, 0.8-1.0 mg/L and 10-13 mg/L, respectively. The effluent quality fully met the first class standard of Guangdong local discharge limits of water pollutants (DB 44/26-2001) and the first class-B standard of national discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB 18918-2002).
