摘要
对醇胺溶液在有氧环境中的降解及腐蚀进行了研究,结果表明,MEA、MDEA、DETA、MDEA+MEA、MDEA+DETA、MDEA+PZ等六种醇胺溶液发生的热降解非常少,主要是氧化降解;富液的腐蚀性明显高于新鲜胺液的腐蚀性;因此,需通过严格控制操作条件或添加抗氧化剂或缓蚀剂来改善醇胺溶液的性质。
The degradation and corrosion of alcohol amine were studied in an environment rich of oxygen. The results show that the thermal degradation of MEA, DETA, MDEA, MDEA+MEA, MDEA+PZ and MDEA+DETA solution was very little, while the oxidative degradation was significant. And the corrosion of the rich amine solutions was obviously higher than that of the fresh amine solutions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the characteristics of alcohol amine solutions by strictly controlling the operation conditions or adding certain antioxidants or inhibitors.
