In recent years, sudden environmental pollution accidents occur frequently, the demand for high quality environmental pollution accident emergency plan is more and more urgent. The paper introduces the existing problems and difficulties of preparation environmental emergency plan of petrochemical enterprises, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, to provide reference for the preparation of petrochemical enterprise environmental emergency plan.
