浅谈电镀企业如何应对危险化学品环境管理登记

Discussion on Treatment of Environmental Management Registration for the Hazardous Chemicals from Plating Corporations

危险化学品引起的环境问题越来越受到国家和社会的关注,目前危险化学品的环境管理登记工作正在全国铺开。电镀企业由于缺乏危险化学品登记经验,在进行危险化学品环境管理登记时容易束手无策。本文结合电镀企业的行业特点,阐述了通过加强化学品资料档案的建设、规范土建及环保设施设计文件的管理、落实"三废"定期监测以及危险废物安全处置等措施应对危险化学品环境管理登记工作。

The environmental harms of hazardous chemicals has attracted increasing attention from the country and the general public. The registration of environmental management for the hazardous chemicals is proceeding in the countrywide. However, most of the plating corporations feels no solution on treating this registration owing to lack of experiences. Combined with the industry features of the plating, some measures were stated to treat the environmental management registration for the hazardous chemicals from the following points： strengthening the chemical records management, standardizing civil work management and the documents of environmental protection facilities management, monitoring the three wastes periodically and safety disposal of the hazardous chemicals.
