摘要 以厚代薄引起应力变化、导致疲劳断纹、设备强度不足,以优代劣引起材料性能、检测方法改变及焊接工艺调整。换热管与管板连接必须紧密性、不泄露。焊接、胀接、胀焊并用是换热管与管板常用的三种连接方式各有优劣势。焊接方式:无间隙腐蚀、无硬化现象、成本高。胀接方式:加工精度高、结构简单、易维修。胀焊并用适合高温、耐腐蚀条件下。 The replacement of thin, fatigue stress changes caused by broken lines, equipment strength is insufficient, and generation of inferior change detection method, material properties and welding process of adjustment. Tube to tubesheet joints must be tight, no leakage. Welding, expanding, expanding and welding and heat exchange tube and tube plate of three kinds of commonly used connection modes have their own advantages and disadvantages. Methods: the welding gap corrosion, no hardening and high cost. Expansion: the processing of high precision, simple structure and easy maintenance. Expanded and welded and is suitable for high temperature, corrosion condition.
