摘要
介绍了2PE装置产品排料系统的工艺流程,分析了产品出料系统的运行现状。通过对出料时间的计算得出了PDS系统无故障时最低填充率为68.4%。找出影响系统填充率和稳定运行的主要因素是PDS系统顺控阀门故障和阀门出料时间不合理。对顺控阀门及其附件的故障处理、顺控程序和阀门下料时间的优化来提高PDS系统填充率并且稳定了系统运行。
The process flow of the production discharge system of 2PE unit was presented and the operation situation was systematically analyzed. It can be obtained that the minimum filling efficiency of product discharge system (PDS) is 68.4 % by calculating the time of discharge. The main factors affecting the filling efficiency and operation stability are the failure of the sequential control valve and the irrationality of the discharge time. Finally, the PDS filling efficiency was improved by the elimination of the failure of sequential control valve and the optimization of the sequential control program and the pouring time of the valve, thus, the system can be stabilized.
