摘要 分子生物学教学中,理论课和实验课教学一直存在内容相脱节,实验教学内容不能突出理论教学的重点和相应操作能力要求的缺陷。而通过合理安排实验课内容等,可以帮助学生提高学习兴趣、理解理论知识,培养动手能力和科研能力,获得了很好的教学效果,从而提高了教学质量。 In most of the experimental teaching system, a common problem still exists is that the disconnection between theoretical teaching and experimental teaching of molecular biology. And in the experiment teaching, important knowledge points and the corresponding concepts in theory teaching are not been highlighted. Through reasonable arrangement of experiment content, which will improve the interest in learning and make students understand and master theory course thoroughly, cultivating operation ability and scientific research ability, and Through to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching quality.
