分析了山西省中小企业面临经济下行的严重趋势,通过调研、分析与论证,提出了依托山西省大专院校建立信息化服务平台的构想以及加快构建企业创新支撑体系,得出促进制造业产业与信息化技术深度融合的思路。

This paper analyzes the small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi province faced with the serious trend of economic downturn, through research, analysis and demonstration, puts forward establishment of information service platform and speed up the construction of the supporting system for enterprise innovation, which is relying on universities and colleges in the Shanxi Province conception, promote manufacturing industry and information technology depth fusion of ideas.
