通过深入忻州市30余家法兰锻造企业实地调研,对当地传统的法兰铸锻企业在日益加剧的国内外市场竞争中陷入停产半停产困境的原因进行分析,发现其主要原因是产品的精度达不到指标要求,企业销售的粗加工产品要经过精细加工企业再加工后才能供客户使用。因此,锻造行业要尽快提升制造业发展水平,必须迅速跟进未来智能化技术的发展目标,采用智能化技术改造传统产业已是势在必行。文中着重就制造智能化发展的趋向、目标、重点及模式进行探讨,以此推动制造业智能化技术扩大转移,加快创新。

Through investigate more than 30 flange forging enterprises on-site of Xinzhou City, This paper found the main common problems is the precision of the product is not up to the requirements, enterprises rough machining products should fine processing again, that can be sued for customers. Therefore, the use of intelligent technology to transform the traditional industry is imperative. This paper focus on the trend, goal, focus and mode of the development of intelligent manufacturing,so as to promote the development of intelligent technology to expand the transfer and accelerate innovation.
