相干光断层扫描仪对糖尿病患者下泪河高度的测量 被引量:3

The Measure of the Tear Meniscus High with the Optical Coherence Tomography in Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的探讨相干光断层扫描仪测量下泪河高度的可行性。方法选择2型糖尿病患者120例(120只眼)和无糖尿病门诊体检者100例(100只眼),采用相干光断层扫描仪和裂隙灯显微镜测量下泪河高度,采用配对t检验及Spearman等级相关分析,比较两者之间的差异。结果裂隙灯目镜测量TMH值与OCT测量TMH值之间呈正相关。糖尿病组OCT测量TMH值低于非糖尿病组OCT测量TMH值,差异有显著性。结论应用相干光断层扫描仪测量下泪河高度具有良好的可靠性和重复性,可作为糖尿病干眼症的客观诊断指标之一。 Objective To explore the feasibility of optical coherence tomography in measurement of tear meniscus high. Methods 120 patients with selected,another 100 healthy cases were randomly selected as normal control.To observe TMH with optical coherence tomography and microscope eyebulling. Spearman grade correlation analysis and partnership test were used to analyse the difference. Results The TMH was lower in diabetes mellitus patients than that in normal subjects. The diffirence was siginifecant. Conclusion There were better dependability ang repeatability to measure TMH with optical coherence tomography.
