铜仁市2009-2013年艾滋病疫情调查分析及防治对策

AIDS epidemic situation analysis and countermeasures in Tongren city during 2009-2013

目的通过分析铜仁市2009-2013年艾滋病感染状况、流行特征预测其流行趋势,探讨下步防治策略,为制定有效预防艾滋病流行蔓延政策提供科学依据。方法通过艾滋病数据信息管理系统数据分析铜仁市2009-2013年艾滋病疫情。结果 2009-2013年报告艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者/艾滋病（AIDS）病人1902例,其中AIDS 965例,收到死亡报告891例,职业分布以无业和农民为多,年龄以青壮年为主,男性多于女性,3种传播途径并存,以性传播为主。结论铜仁市艾滋病流行形势严峻,感染人群和流行范围逐渐扩大,艾滋病疫情由高危人群向一般人群扩散,病人和死亡数逐年增加,应加大早发现和早治疗的力度,采取有效的综合防治措施,减少新发感染、降低病死率,遏制艾滋病迅速蔓延的势头。

Objective Through the analysis of the HIV infection status and epidemic characteristics from 2009 to2013 in Tongren,to forecast the epidemic trend of AIDS,to discuss the prevention and control strategy of AIDS for the next step and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention of HIV / AIDS epidemic spread policy.Methods To analyze the AIDS epidemic from 2009 to 2013 in Tongren region by the data and information management system of AIDS.Results 1902 cases of HIV infections and AIDS patients were reported from 2009 to2013,including 965 cases of AIDS patients and 891 cases of death.The analysis of career was distributed to unemployed and farmers,Age was given priority to young adults,men more than women.Three kinds of route of transmission,mainly by sexual transmission were analyzed.Conclusion The epidemic situation of AIDS in Tongren city is serious,the infected people and the epidemic range gradually expanded,the AIDS epidemic spread from high-risk groups to the general population,the number of patients and death increased year by year,so there should be more efforts for early detection and early treatment,meanwhile,we should take effective measures for the prevention and control,in order to reduce new infections and the case fatality rate and to curb the momentum of the rapid spread of aids.
