焊接热模拟与实际焊接相关性研究

摘要 利用Gleeble3800热模拟仪,对南钢生产的Q960EQP进行焊接热模拟和实际焊接热循环试验,并对两种试验条件下的组织进行对比观察,通过实际焊接热循环曲线的测量,焊接热模拟试样及实际焊接热影响区组织的对比分析,研究了焊接热模拟和实际焊接过程中焊接热循环的对应性关系。结果显示焊接热模拟与实际焊接热输入不完全对应,但将热效率计算入内,则热模拟与实际焊接的热输入基本吻合。 Welding thermal simulation and actual welding thermal cycle test of Q960 EQP have been done by Gleeble3800 to study the relationship. The microstructures were observed and compared by optical microscope. By measuring actual welding thermal cycle curve,comparative analysis on welding thermal simulation sample and the actual welding microstructure of HAZ,the results showed that the heat input of welding thermal simulation was incomplete coincident with actual welding,but when the heat loss was considered,both of them were accordant with practice.
