摘要
介绍了SUP9轿车稳定杆用弹簧钢线材的研制开发情况,对该线材的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、脱碳层、低倍和夹杂物含量进行了检测。结果表明,南钢生产的SUP9弹簧钢线材纯净度、力学性能、脱碳层等达到了JIS G4801的要求。
The paper introduces the research and development of spring steel wire rod SUP9 for stabilizer bar of car. The chemical composition,mechanical properties,microstructure,decarburization,low magnification and inclusion contents of the wire rod are examined. The results show that the purity,mechanical properties and decarburization of the wire rod can meet the requirement of JIS G4801.
