摘要
通过对轴承套圈进行组织、夹杂物分析后发现,超精磨后套圈沟槽内的凹坑处碳化物颗粒较少造成局部的软点;凸起处碳化物颗粒较大且聚集产生局部的硬质点。金相分析表明,这种微观区域的硬度不均匀是造成超精磨工序中精度无法保证的原因。
Less carbide particles formed soft spot in the pit of groove after ultra- fine grinding ring by analyzing the structure and inclusion of bearing rings,meanwhile,larger and aggregative carbide particles in the salient formed hard spots at the convex. Metallographic analysis showed that the uneven hardness at micro area caused accuracy couldn't be guaranteed in the fine grinding process.
