On University Entrepreneurial Management

高校创业管理能力决定了创业型大学建设的成败。自主性、多样性、使命特殊性及管理权力的二元化是高校创业管理的特性,其核心要素包括创业资源、创业团队、创业机会、创业价值、创业文化和创新创业教育,这几个要素相互作用构成创业管理大系统。我国高校可以通过塑造创业管理思维、勾画创业型大学愿景与蓝图、构建创业型组织、完善创业教育来提升大学创业管理能力。

The success of constructing Entrepreneurial University depends on the capability of entre preneurial management. The characteristics of entrepreneurial management consist of independence, diversity, particularity of the mission and the dualization of management power. The entrepreneurial management system consists of some core elements, including entrepreneurial resource, entrepreneur- ial team, entrepreneuria cation on entrepreneurla opportunity, entrepreneurial value, entrepreneurial culture and related edu creation and innovation, which interact with each other to form a whole sys tem of entrepreneurial management. Measures could be taken to improve the capability of entrepre- neurial management, such as shaping entrepreneurial management thinking, drawing the outline of blueprint, designing entrepreneurial organization and completing entrepreneurial education system.
