摘要
随着食品科技迅速的发展,对于人才的需求有了新的要求,因此"食品加工工艺实验"也要适应市场对人才培养要求进行改革。围绕培养应用型人才目标,结合目前高等教育存在的问题和学院在应用型人才培养上的探索,提出了改革实验内容设置、改革实验教学方法、提高实验教学质量、提高实验教学队伍水平、建立食品工艺仿真实训室等加强"食品加工工艺实验"教学改革的措施与方法。
With the rapid development of food science and technology, the experimental teaching retorm of iood technology should be taken place to meet the market requirements for talents. Focus on cultivating application-oriented talents, combine with the current problems in higher education and exploration on cultivating application talents, to put forward measures and methods such as the reformation of experiments settings and teaching content, improvement of teaching quality and teaching teams level, establishment of food process simulation training room.
