摘要 森林火灾易损性研究是森林火灾风险研究的重要内容之一。本研究选取人均GDP、人口密度、蓄积量密度、单位面积活立木增长量等9个评价指标作为森林火灾易损性评价指标体系,将易损性分为高、较高、较低、低4个等级,利用模糊综合评价法对湖南省14市州进行了森林火灾易损性评价。结果表明:湖南省森林火灾易损性整体水平偏高,其中:高易损区有6个,较高易损区有2个,较低易损区有3个,低易损区有3个。研究结果为森林防火经费的投入、森林防火队伍配备、消防基础设施的建设与维护提供了科学依据。 Forestifre vulnerability is one of important content in studying forestifre risk. Nine evaluation indexes such as GDP per capita, population density, volume density, living wood growing stock per unit area and so on were adopted to form the indexes system of forestifre vulnerability evaluation. The vulnerability is classiifed into four grades (1-4), including high, quite high, low and quite low. The vulnerability of forestifre disaster were evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for 14 states and cities in Hunan province. The results show that the overall level of forestifre hazard vulnerability in Hunan was on the high side, in all Hunan, there were 6 high vulnerability areas, 2 quite high vulnerability areas, 3 quite low vulnerability areas and, 3 low vulnerability areas; Increasing the input of forestifre prevention funds, improving people’s awareness ofifre prevention, enhancing construction and maintainance ofifre prevention troops andifre infrastructure should be done in these areas.
