施肥处理在高温季节对闽楠幼林叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 以3年生闽楠幼林为实验材料,采用利用德国min-pam植物荧光测量仪,测定叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、Yie(Yield),研究不同施肥量在高温季节对其叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:不同施肥处理对闽楠幼林叶绿素荧光参数具有显著影响。5个施肥处理中主要叶绿素荧光参数中,初始荧光Fo在264.67-639.33之间;最大荧光Fm在1320.33-2495之间;最大荧光比率Fv/Fm在0.69-0.82之间;光化学量子产额Yie在0.516-0.597之间;Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm可做为不同施肥处理闽楠幼林荧光特性参数的实力因子;5个处理间样地3光化学能力最高,样地1最低。 This paper is based on three-years-oldPhoebe bournei seedlings as the research object, through the use of NPK compound fertilizer, utilized the German MINI-PAM as fluorescence measuring instrument to measure fluorescence parameters related to its change ofPhoebe bournei seedlings in high temperature season, Different fertilizer treatments had a signiifcant effect on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters ofPhoebe bourneiseedlings. Inifve major fertilization of chlorophyllfluorescence parameters, the values of initialfluorescenceF0 were between 264.67 and 639.33; the maximumfluorescenceFm were between 1320.33 and 2495; the maximum fluorescence ratioFv/Fm were between 0.69 and 0.82; photochemical quantum yieldYie were in between 0.516 and 0.597;F0,Fm,Fv/Fm can be used asPhoebe bourneiseedlings’s strength factor about different fertilizer treatments on bourneifluorescence parameters. Inifve treatment samples, sample three had highest photochemical capacity, sample one was the minimum.
