公路建设行业高危工种亲密关系研究——基于黔桂四个路桥项目的调研

A Research on the Intimacy of High-risk Jobs in Road Construction Industry

基于黔桂两省四个路桥建设项目的调研,从高危工种队伍中"一般高危工种"与"核心高危工种(夫妻档农民工)"的群体分野,对高危工种的群体特征、工种环境与岗位特质进行了描述,认为夫妻农民工亲密关系是高危工种亲密关系的核心代表。从"家庭生计与高危工种亲密、高危工种职位与夫妻亲密关系、亲密关系的特质、夫妻档农民工亲密关系与社会变迁"等方面对夫妻农民工亲密关系进行了分析,认为高危工种亲密关系是夫妻亲密关系在高危环境下对于施工环境的适应,即夫妻亲密关系从生活领域向工业领域的拓展,使得夫妻关系有了职业特性、成为家庭生计资本的一部分,夫妻在适应的过程中还形成高危工种亲密关系的表达机制,从而综合形成了高危工种亲密关系的特质。

On the basis of four road construction projects between Guizhou and Guangxi, this paper describes the group characteristics, working conditions and position features of the high-risk jobs in view of the distinction bewtween general high-risk jobs and core high-risk jobs （migrant worker couples）. It holds that the intimacy of migrant worker couples primarily represents the intimacy of high-risk jobs. This paper analyzes the intimacy of migrant worker couples in terms of family livelihood and intimacy of high-risk jobs, position of high-risk jobs and the couples＇ intimacy, characteristics of intimacy, intimacy of migrant worker couples and the social changes, etc. h is believed that the intimacy of high-risk jobs reflects the adaption of the couples＇ intimacy to the high-risk con- struction environment, namely, an extension of the couples＇ intimacy from daily life to engineering industry, which endows the couple relationship with some professional features, making it part of the family livelihood capital. An expres- sion mechtinism between couples of the intimacy of high-risk jobs came into shape during their adaption to the environment, which therefore helped form the characteristics of the intimacy of high--risk jobs.
