摘要
目前壮汉双语教师数量不足与质量不高的问题,呼唤实效创新的壮汉双语师资培养培训模式。"培训+学历"发展模式,实现了上层政策与地方实际的结合,兼顾了组织管理期待目标与教师成长需要,实现学历课程与培训课程的等价建构,促进了教师能力、技能与素质的系统性提升,是一种具有较强推广价值的实效模式。
This paper discusses the problem of insufficiency and poor quali- ty of bilingual teachers of Zhuang and Han Languages in China, and calls for an innovative and effective mode to develop and train bilingual teachers. The devel- opment mode of "training program + degree education" is such a practical mode with strong popularizational value which links the government's policy to the lo- cal reality, meets both the administrative anticipation and the needs of teachers' development, realizes the collaborative construction of degree curriculum and training program and therefore stimulates the synchronous development of teach- ers' ability, skill and quality.
