摘要
高职院校教师心理调节机制的建立有利于促进教师身体健康、提高工作效率,有利于学生心理的健康发展。针对高职院校教师目前存在的压抑及仇视、固执及强迫症、恐惧及焦躁、职业压力症、交往症等各种心理现象,需要建立高职院校教师心理调节渠道机制、心理调节方式机制、心理调节内容机制以及心理调节保障机制等四大机制,才能更好地保持高职院校教师心理调节的长效性和持续性。
To establish the teachers' psychological adjustment mechanism in higher vocational colleges can promote the teachers' good health and work efficiency, and develop the students' healthy psychology. According to the psychology phenomena of oppressive and hostile, stubborn and obsessive-compulsive disorder, fear and anxiety, occupational stress disorder,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to build the four psychological mechanisms of regulating channels, adjustment mode,adjustment contents and adjustment safeguard,so as to maintain the long-term and persistent psychological adjustment mechanisms.
