摘要
集群化发展是文化创意产业扩展的必由之路。作为文化创意产业的先锋城市,深圳文化创意产业集群数量众多,并呈现出空间布局相对集中、不同行业集群空间差异明显和各区文化创意产业集群各有特色的集群分布特征。依据其形成原因的不同,文化创意产业集群可以分为自发集聚模式、政府主创模式、文化创意地产模式和大企业主导运营模式四种生成模式,各种模式各有利弊。应从凸显集群专业化和特色化、动态性政府干预、构筑完整的产业链、完善集群发展规划、加强产业支撑平台建设等方面促进文化创意产业集群的优化发展。
Cluster development is the inevitable way for industrial cultural creative industry expansion. As a pioneer city of Chinese cultural creative industry, Shenzhen have the high numbers of culture creative industry clusters, which is showing the distribution characteristics of relatively centralized spatial layouts, obvious spatial heterogeneity in different industries and each district with its own specialties. According to different formation mechanism, the culture creative industry clusters in Shenzhen can be classified into four generation patterns: spontaneous clustering pattern, government-led construction pattern, cultural creativity real estate pattern and large enterprises dominant pattern. And each generation pattern has its advantages and disadvantages. In view of such current status, recommendations are made to promote the development of culture creative industry clusters in Shenzhen, from four aspects of highlighting specialization and characteristics, dynamic government interventions, constructing a complete industrial chain, improving the clusters development plan and strengthening the construction of industry platform.
